Browse through the Competition Rules and familiarise yourself with these requirements. There may have been some rule changes that will be highlighted in the rules and these could affect your entry.

Step 2 : Complete an Entry Form

You can submit your entry in two ways.

1. Online Entry Form

Please take the time to read the instructions on the online form!
You can enter using a computer, tablet or even your phone, although a computer is still the best option (PC and MAC compatible, tested OK for use with Internet Explorer and Chrome).
The online form has a link to website internet banking links to make your payment.

Step 4 : Download , print and sign APRA forms

If you will be using photocopies to provide sheet music to the adjudicator or your accompanist, then you will need to download and print these forms for attaching to your music. They are a signed declaration that you own an original version of the music and that these copies are only for the sole use at the competition. We have prepared small forms, 4 to an A4 page, to save on paper and cost of printing. Adjudicator copies will  be destroyed by the Society as this is a legal requirement. Accompanist copies are the competitor's responsibility to retrieve from your accompanist and destroy them.
Please do NOT send these forms or your music to the Convener. You bring them with you to the competition.

Step 5 : You're finished... almost...

You must name your music clearly for handing in at the comps.
Here is a page of labels that you can download, print, complete your details and affix to your sheet music.
Any music purchased off the internet and printed should be clearly marked as "ORIGINAL".

Thanks for entering!
